Great for reports and presentations

I recently subscribed to Piktochart's Pro plan to create some business proposals and a few internal HR reports. I used the 'Business Proposals' template and found it very easy to customize. The interface for the Presentation Maker was intuitive, much better than some other tools I've tried. I had a quick question about exporting to high-res PDF and used their chat support, which responded within an hour with a clear answer. The export quality was excellent, no pixelation even on larger prints. It saved me a lot of time compared to designing these from scratch in other software. The stock photos and icons library really helped too.

Absolutely love this tool!

Good value, minor export issue

I signed up for a Pro plan to make some marketing materials and social media graphics. The annual plan was a good deal, much cheaper than monthly. Creating graphics was pretty easy, especially with the pre-made templates for social media. I made a few Banners and Web Graphics quickly. My only small issue was with exporting a very complex infographic; it took a couple of tries to get all the elements to render perfectly in the PNG export. It eventually worked, but it wasn't as seamless as the simpler designs. Overall, it's a solid tool and a good option for anyone needing visuals without being a design expert.

Consistent quality, returning customer

This isn't my first time using Piktochart. I've been a Pro subscriber for three years now, primarily for creating lesson plans and certificates for my students. This time, I needed to put together some organizational charts and a few timelines, and just like before, the process was smooth. The consistency in their user interface and template quality is why I keep coming back. The Brand Kit feature is also incredibly useful for keeping everything on brand. Made some cool flyers

Needed to whip up some flyers for an event. Just tried out Piktochart for the first time. It was pretty easy to get started, even for me who's not super techy. Picked a template from the Flyer Maker, swapped out some text and pictures. It didn't take long at all. The PDF export worked fine. Felt good to get it done quickly.
